Kata Csongrádi: SUNTHEM

The Sunbeam doesn’t ask
How much its light is worth
The Sunbeam doesn’t ask
What it will get in return
The Sunbeam doesn’t ponder
It just flows brightening.
Infinite caress and cuddle
but he does not ask for paying.

Love like the Sun, unconditionally
Like the Sun, which is built heartly.
Like the sun, born of light
Like the Sun, creating bright.

All people are a ray of light,
part of the universe
Who think they are just a byte,
But they are a part of the whole biodiverse.
All people are a ray of light,
one of the infinity.
All people are a ray of light,
but they do not dare to believe in reality.

Love like the Sun, unconditionally
Like the Sun, which is built heartly.
Like the sun, born of light
Like the Sun, creating bright.
Love by creating bright!

Translated from the Hungarian poem of Kata Csongrádi, “Naphimnusz”(2005).

Amourtisseur

The pressure, pressure and pressure,
year to year, day to day
from people, people and situations
is smashing, crashing every one of us
with all possible forces.

Where is the possible counterforce
that could be against,
that could save you from breaking,
that could save others to explode on them
with a dark mushroom-cloud of anger?

What could be better counterforce
than just simply smiling,
and dissolve the pressure of others,
bringing a bright day into the cosmic mess
with radioactive kindness!

The Mirror of Tolerance

Once upon a time, before a magic mirror,
(Shortens the giants and makes the dwarves bigger.)
It happened to have met a giant and a dwarf,
Standing there wondered on the mirror’s polymorph:

The giant and the dwarf stood there face to face,
Barely believing how they share the same race;
The same roundish hairy head with two ears and eyes,
The same ten fingers, shaking their hands like allies.

The charm showed them things being invisible;
With a giant heart everything’s feasible,
Also, a dwarfish good deed may be source of much good;
It was the mirror of tolerance where they stood.

The mirror of tolerance is our pillar,
The mirror that’s born with every cre’ature;
Making seeing the human humane, the dwarf dwarfe,
Then, accepting their features without polymorph

A moment away of sorrow

Oh God, I’m happy in this morning,
Being free of problem solving,
Living loving the road I’m hitting,
The misery I’m passing through.

Oh, how I would be free to suffer
Other mornings and another,
Filled with oh-such charming pattern,
Being happy after all.

Oh happy! Seeing all gifts that matter,
A marrow and a loving mother,
Ever radiating on the darker-darker
Sight that I’m still having though.

Oh, the obscure morrow and yester –
All those possible disaster
Are enlightened and farther- farther
Now.

Oh God, I’m happy in the now-happening;
I wish this moment pending padding,
I would leave all those doubtful setting’
And resting for ever in a now.

Loco-motivation

Life is a locomotive:
Only passenger you are.
Aren’t you pulled through all the bad?
Haven’t you left behind all what’s said?
You want to get through London without rain?
If you are to learn from life, you have to train.

Life isn’t a local motive:
Human, not a tree you are.
It’s motion, adopt and act; you are apt.
Turn a page and take the stage, opt or adapt.
Lift yourself up; you are not tied but in your brain.
Do you think one is coming to pull you up with a crane?

Life is a LOCO motive:
If you are sane, insane you are.
Who told you that life is to understand?
Act the fool, the king and the queen; it’s your land.
The whole global globe is in your hands to use at ease.
After your time is over, you’ll have no excuse, nor reprise.

Gift belief

I don’t believe that life is a gift –
More like a glitch,
But I do believe that I am a gift –
For everybody.

How?

Taken my existence as a glitch –
In the life of others,
The main thing that pushes me is –
Others.

Then

If my life must be a mistake –
Keepin’ it non-contagious,
I will try to make others’ better –
Like being generous…
